Fitocracy is an excellent workout tracking service. I've been using it for a while and decided to involve the chubs. I've created a group for us, as well as our first monthly challenge. Monday, September 23rd is the first day of CHUB ON THE RUN, a competition based on how far you run, which will end on Wednesday, October 23rd. The top three winners will receive special prizes which are TBA.

Keep running chub, even if it hurts and you are tired in the morning. You can do one step right? Do that one step and if you could do it, I'm pretty sure you can do another one. And another one.

I've had a similar injury before where I slipped on a rock on a hiking trip and slammed on my knee. Had to go to physical therapy for half a year. The pain is still mildly there, but it's better than it was before. My lack of running recently was because I hurt my toe kicking something out of frustration. Guess I'm over that injury too. NO EXCUSES
